    How to reduce body weight is part of life. And people always asked me pls tips me how to weight loss. And I am askes people pls follow my rule and some people follow our team’s weight loss rule and people are an improvement.

  • Fasting should be done 1 day a week.
  • Avoid junk food.
  • Timely drink water 
  • We all should eat nutritious food.

  • Yoga 

       1.we are everyday 1-hour yoga then you control your weight.

       2.Yoga timing every morning fresh mind.

       3.continuous 8-week yoga then reduce your weight.

       4.After 2 months check your weight then counting yoga. 

  • Dieting

      1.People timely eating food.Every time not eating food

      2.You are tasty food, not overeating.

      3. One-day of one-time eating food in a week.

      4. People must eat a salad with food.


  • Jogging

      1. Healthofbody team advice people every day to go to the field and start running for 1 hour.

      2. This process every day after someday increases your timing by 15 minutes.

      3. After running rest 15 to 20 minutes then go to other work.


  • Junk food

     1. Healthofbody always suggests to people avoiding junk food.

     2. Because it affects your Tummy and other body parts.

     3. Junk food example: Burger, Pizzas, and oil food. 

     4. This food is affecting your Kidney and Liver.


  • Drink

     1. Fruit Drink good for health.

     2. My team suggests you are using always fruit drinks.

     3. Cold drinks not good for health.

     4. Healthofbody team suggests avoiding Alcohol. 

      5. Because people who drink alcohol have both kidney and liver damage.


  • Water

     1. Timely drink water very good for health.

    2. We should drink a glass of water after getting up in the morning.

    3. Water should be drinking after one hour of eating.

    If you follow this rule regularly, then your weight will be reduced.
