Ashwagandha is an herb and its scientific name is Withania somnifera. It is a plant of the Withania family, it has 10 species all over the world and only 2 species are available in India. It is white from inside and brown from outside.

Many benefits of Ashwagandha.  Ashwagandha is used in medicines, somewhere companies use it to add it to their product. Our sage monks have been using it for thousands of years.

Know about ashwagandha

Ashwagandha or ashwagandha is a woody shrub, it grows up to 170 cm. Its fruit, ripe, looks like a tomato and the fruit is like a berry, it has red and yellow flowers.

Most of its species is found in the drought parts of India, North Africa, Nepal, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean. Ashwagandha crop production can be grown in areas with 615 to 735 mm rainfall and dry climate. Its roots in these areas are of very good quality. The cold days, roots grow at a rapid pace.

In Ayurveda, it is considered as a chemical, which is used to increase physical capacity. And it is a natural ayurvedic medicine that defeats all of them, balding, phlegm, whitening, air, and decay. Ashwagandha is a toxic herb that acts on the nervous system, which increases the immunity potential.

For players

If you are the player and you feel more tired you should two or three times use the week to raise create, immunity power to overcome exhaustion

There you can take with milk or mild-warm water, which will feel you always fresh

For ladies

If women are above the age of 30 to 35 years, Ashwagandha is a very useful medicine for you if you feel tired. Or there is a pain in bones like the shoulder, waist, and legs, then you can drink it twice a week with milk. so that your shoulder will relieve the pain of the waist and legs and the bones will become strong so that you will be able to do all your work.

For Ehildren

your children do not feel like playing or are tired soon after playing and they cannot increase their height, Then consuming Ashwagandha will not make your children tired quickly and helps in increasing the height of your children’s body. If you give your children one-fourth teaspoon of Ashwagandha with milk three times a week, you will get good results.

For the Elderly

Usually, we see that our elderly who are above 65 or 70 have a lot of pain in their bones, which makes them very difficult to walk. If they take Ashwagandha, which will strengthen their bones. And increase immunity power they will be able to do their normal work easily.
